Performing classes are for performance choreography and are used as rehearsals. Attendance is mandatory to prevent "holes" in dances and to best prepare all students for upcoming performances. Sixteen levels of performing classes offered weekly. Performing classes encompass instruction in all areas of dance, meet as a group 2-5 times a week (depending on level), and will perform many times in the community throughout the year.
Dancers will be placed in the appropriate level after an instructor evaluation to ensure proper placement for personal advancement and attention needed per dancer. Dancers are evaluated at the beginning of the year, mid-year and again at the end of the year. A progress report will be sent home mid-year to aid the dancer in focusing on their strengths and weaknesses. Dancers will remain in the levels they are placed in until these evaluation time frames.
Unlimited classes are available for $255 per month.
